Yes, both, and with no obligation. You get a written price and one follow-up call, and that is it. Most people compare a few quotes and we are happy to be one of them.

Yes, and it is the part that decides whether a patio or a driveway is still flat in ten years. Every job gets a proper sub-base and a fall that takes water away from the house rather than towards it.
All of our workmanship. If something fails because of the way we built it, we come back and put it right at no cost, for 5 years. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's own warranty.
For most back garden work, no. A front driveway can need it if you are laying a non-permeable surface with nowhere for the water to go. We will tell you exactly where you stand on the visit.
For smaller jobs, no, you pay on completion once you are happy with it. For a full landscaping project we take a materials deposit once the job is booked, then stage payments as the work goes on.
